Registration Rules of “Bio+” Innovation & Entrepreneurship
These implementation rules are formulated in accordance with the articles of “Bio+” Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The organizing committee shall refer to these rules when reviewing the qualifications and forms of the participants’ projects:
- The theme of this conference is to focus on scientific and technological issues in the field of life science. Applicants including undergraduates involving life, health, agriculture, food, ecology and environment with innovative and applied value can apply for scientific and technological projects.
- The conference is open for registration to all undergraduate students. The proper registration information includes both Chinese and English version of their project titles and abstracts.
- We suggest 1-2 supervisors for each team with no more than 20 students. The participating team should undertake the main research work for submission, and they should be the first authors of their published papers.
- Each student can participate in a maximum of one project at the conference, and should be recommended by a senior professor. Furthermore, student needs to promise that their project does not involve any academic misconduct.
- Projects involving safety and ethics issues should be followed by the national safety and bioethics guidelines and be approved by the university’s safetyðics committee in advance.
- Participants of each team should carefully read the articles of “Bio+” Innovation & Entrepreneurship as well as the registering details. Please contact the organizing committee for more information.
- The following information is required for registration:
- 1)Team name;
- 2)Information of instructors and advisors;
- 3)Information of team members;
- 4)Title (< 50 words);
- 5)Abstract (< 500 words);
- 6)Project promotion video link (please use the template provided by the conference and upload it to baidu disk, and the organizing committee will arrange it after downloading);
- Materials to be submitted:
- 1)Project description;
- 2)Business plan;
- 3)Confirmation form of participants;
- 4)Recommendation letter and statement;
- 5)Project promotion video (please use the template provided by the conference);
- 6)Project presentation PPT (please use the template provided by the conference);
- 7)Project Poster (please use the template provided by the conference).
- Please submit the materials in compressed package to the organizing committee email--info@bioplus.org.cn before the deadline.
Note:
- Registration of participants: each team shall provide a list of participants including name and necessary information for accommodation and attendance arrangement.
- Teams unable to attend the conference due to special circumstances should contact the organizing committee for consultation in advance.
