Award Criteria of “Bio+” Innovation & Entrepreneurship

The academic committee and organizing committee would formulate the scoring table under the consideration of the theoretical innovation, application innovation, enforceability, application foreground, commercial value and so on. The academic and commercial grade module includes 20 scoring rules, and the total score is 100.

1. The score of each rule in the academic and commercial module is 5 points, and the score table will evaluate the projects according to the scoring module.
2. The innovation judges would mainly evaluate the theoretical and application innovation, as well as implementation feasibility of the participating projects. The entrepreneurial judges mainly evaluate the application prospects and social influence of the participating projects.
3. The Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals are judged by the comprehensive scores of innovation judges and entrepreneurship judges, in which the Outstanding and Finalists are produced by the top three teams with comprehensive scores.
4. Teams with the top three comprehensive scores would make open defense on the day of the decision, both the academic committee and the judging committee would finally award the outstanding.
5. Except the teams of Outstanding, Finalists and Gold Medals, the participating teams with high score in the academic and business scoring module can participate in the selection of the Best Presentation, the Best Innovation, the Most Market Potential and the Best Model. The social attention module is selected by netizens to produce the Most Popularity award.
